At Dube Orthopedics and Physical Therapy, our team of providers will work with you to relieve pain, improve mobility, restore impaired functions and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. Manual Therapy uses pressure, exercises, stretches and heat to manipulate the muscles and restore functionality to the back, lumbar or other areas of the body. Manual physical therapy is an option for those suffering with acute or chronic back pain and can provide relief for a variety of ailments. Manual therapy methods included but are not limited to:
