Our New Office in Hermitage, TN!

It all began with an Idea. Now the Idea is a Reality.

We are excited to show the progress of our new office building which was once an idea.

It is located in Hermitage on Old Lebanon Dirt Road near Buffalo Wild Wings and Chick-fil-a and is the home of Dube Orthopedics and Physical Therapy’s main office.

The entire building is 30,000 square foot. The first floor is going is dedicated to Physical Therapy. The second floor is the Dube Orthopedics Clinic. Our third floor includes other services.
