Athlete of the Week: Elle Lassiter, #12 Station Camp Soccer
Elle Lassiter is making waves on the soccer field for Station Camp. This week, she scored two crucial goals that secured the District 9-AA tournament title over White House. The senior defender has consistently been a standout player, both in her leadership and her performance on the pitch. Her recent award of the Lady Bison Alumni scholarship in late September is a testament to her character and dedication, both as an athlete and a role model for her teammates.
Elle’s impact extends beyond this week’s success. Last season, she led her team to a state championship title, and all eyes are on her to see if she can replicate that achievement in 2024. Ranked 11th in the state across divisions for her position as a junior, Elle has proven time and again that she is one of the top players in Tennessee. We can’t wait to see what more she accomplishes this season as she wraps up a stellar high school soccer career.
As soccer players push their physical limits on the field, injuries like ankle sprains are common due to quick turns and sudden stops. If you or someone you know is dealing with an ankle injury, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for an appointment. We’re here to help you recover and get back on the field as soon as possible!
